Great place to stop when we have a lot of kids and need spacious rooms. Staff was very accommodating. Near the exit, but far enough away so that you don't hear traffic all night. Breakfast could be better, but it was good enough to get started in the morning.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in and we stay in hotels across the state of Florida all the time. The location is excellent, not far off 75 and right across from dining and shopping. Front desk staff was efficient and friendly, as was breakfast team. The hotel itself was new and well designed inside and out and the room was excellent! Shocked to have a great kitchen area with large refrigerator with freezer, sink, microwave and dishwasher and all the basic kitchen ware. This room was just so well thought out and designed and very comfortable with a nice, rolling desk for work, a pull out couch and a comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Excellent all around, by far better than some of the much more expensive and "luxurious" options out there. Super pet friendly (it seems) which is also a bonus, although we did not travel with our pets.

Although very inexpensive, the hotel is old and they do not provide hair conditioner or hand lotion. There is a carb loaded free breakfast. There were some ants on the food buffet.

I recently stayed a this hotel for a work trip, I chose this hotel because it is adjacent to shops and generally looked like a safe area. I completed pre-check-in to make sure that a room would be available once I got there, since I was getting in much later than standard check-in time. When I arrived there was a no-vacancies sign at the counter. Check-in was pretty quick and I got my physical room key. I opened the hotel room door, and to my surprise there were already bags in the room.... I immediately walked out (luckily there was no one in the room) and went back to the front desk. The front desk wasn't sure what went wrong and how the room would have been given to someone else..... This made me very uneasy for the remainder of my trip, and I couldn't wait until my trip was over. Thanks for making me feel so unsafe....

Incredible room! Very large suite top of the line. Nice bedding, plenty of lighting, kitchen with full-size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, nice seating area with couch, end tables, and coffee table/ottoman, desk and chair, great shower with soaps and plenty of towels, etc. Very nice! There’s also a pool, a laundry room, and food and snacks for sale in the lobby. Had concerns over three previous posts mentioning ants, but the front desk said that situation was handled. We are very, very pleased with this choice!

Probably one of the worst stays ever as far as customer service. Arrived after booking a stay that allowed a late checkout when available. Was told at checkin that a 12 noon checkout was given to us. We made our New Year’s Eve plans based on this. After a late night of course as it was New Year’s Day we were awoken by front desk staff at 6:30AM on news years day that they now needed us to leave at 11am. I asked why would they call at such an hour on New Year’s Day and the answer was “because we can call anytime” Unbelievable disrespect for guests. Clearly uneducated or thoughtless clearly poorly trained staff. Rooms meet the minimum standards and staff in general do the minimum. I asked for hot water in the evening for tea and was told that I would have to wait until breakfast. In general staff seems I overworked. Everything else was ok until they woke us up at 6:30 in New Year’s Day so will be following up on this with management and my credit card company.

Came for a baseball tournament so we really rely on the Kitchennet to wash water bottles etc. we also have a 1 year old so the baby bottles as well needed to be washed. Dishwater was not working explained the situation to the manager …
